Seller responsibilities: Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, for disclosing known defects or material issues, for honoring the terms they advertise, and for completing transactions lawfully and in good faith. Sellers must respond to buyer inquiries honestly and promptly.
Platform as venue: Airboat Sales provides the marketplace venue only and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not inspect, certify, or guarantee any listing, and we are not responsible for the condition, safety, legality, or delivery of any item sold through the Platform. Buyers should inspect items and verify all details before purchasing.
Prohibited conduct: You may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, post stolen property, infringe intellectual property rights, harass other users, or interfere with the operation of the Platform. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airboat Sales is not liable for any damages arising from transactions between users or from your use of the Platform.
