These guidelines help keep Airboat Sales a trustworthy marketplace. All listings are subject to review, and listings that violate these guidelines may be removed.
What may be listed: Airboats (new and used), airboat hulls, engines, propellers, reduction drives, trailers, parts, accessories, and related gear. You must own the item or be authorized to sell it.
Accurate listings: Titles, descriptions, attributes (year, builder, hull length, engine type, and so on), and photos must accurately represent the item. Disclose known defects, damage, or material issues. Use your own photos or photos you have the right to use.
No fraud or misrepresentation: Do not post fake, misleading, or “bait” listings. Do not misrepresent the item’s condition, history, ownership, or price, and do not use the Platform to solicit payments outside of a genuine sale.
Seller responsibilities: Honor the price and terms you advertise, respond honestly to buyer questions, arrange inspection or delivery as agreed, and complete sales lawfully. Sellers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including titling, registration, and tax requirements.
Prohibited items and content: Stolen property; items you are not authorized to sell; weapons or other items illegal to sell in your jurisdiction; and listings containing hateful, harassing, or obscene content are prohibited.
Platform as venue: Airboat Sales provides the marketplace venue only and is not a party to any sale. We do not inspect or certify listings. Buyers should inspect items and verify details before purchasing.
